Violation: A Custodial Supervisor at Wenatchee Valley College may have violated the Ethics in Public Service Act when they used their state computer to listen to music and watch videos for many hours during their workday. Evidence indicated that they streamed music and YouTube videos for over 24 hours during a 4-month period and visited several shopping and entertainment websites.

Result: An Order of Default was entered on September 8, 2017 imposing a civil penalty of $2,000.
