Violation: A South Seattle Community College automotive program instructor may have violated the Ethics in Public Service Act when they reclaimed their personal vehicle prior to paying for repairs and then did not pay for the repairs for another six months.

Result: Settlement approved on September 14, 2001 for a Civil penalty in the amount of $200 with $100 suspended.
