Materials for In-House Ethics Training

The Executive Ethics Board staff has created an Agency Guide and Answer Key for agencies to provide in-house ethics training. Please feel free to download, print and use these materials within your agency to assist in giving all state officers and employees the information they need to learn about the Ethics in Public Service Act.

Below are links to our Agency Guide and Agency Guide Answer Key:

New Employee Orientation

The Executive Ethics Board staff has put together handouts for new employees that provide all of the necessary information regarding the Ethics in Public Service Act. Download and print these to include at your next New Employee Orientation.

Training Materials for Supervisors and Leads

There are also handouts for supervisors, leads and ethics advisors to provide mini training sessions during agency staff meetings on the Ethics in Public Service Act. Each handout discusses one main aspect of the Ethics in Public Service Act and provides scenarios to help state employees understand the issues in a work context. The handouts are numbers 1 - 12 and each has an answer sheet that corresponds to the handout. Please feel free to download, print and use these materials at your next meeting.
