Enforcements for Washington Traffic Safety Commission

Violation: A Deputy Director with the Washington Traffic Safety Commission may have violated the Act by using state resources for personal benefit and gain by using resources to further their outside business interests and for working on continuing education not related to their job duties.

Result: An agreed settlement was approved on September 9, 2016 imposing a civil penalty of $2,500 with $1,000 suspended.
