Enforcements for Washington State Beef Commission

Violation: A former Office Manager used the state credit card to charge personal expenses and created fraudulent monthly credit card statements to conceal the activity. Evidence also indicated that two checks to the Beef Commission were forged and deposited into a personal bank account.

Result: A Final Order of Default was issued on May 14, 2021 imposing a civil penalty of $4,500.
