Violation: Executive Director and Secretary for the Utilities and Transportation Commission, may have violated the Ethics in Public Service Act by authorizing an all staff email containing links to donate to the American Civil Liberties Union.

Result: an agreed Stipulation and Order was entered on May 13, 2022 imposing a civil penalty of $1,000 with $250 suspended.
