Violation: A Spokane Falls Community College employee may have violated the Ethics in Public Service Act when they did not work all of their contract hours, filed false hourly time sheets and used their state computer for personal benefit.

Result: Settlement approved on September 9, 2011for a Civil penalty of $1,000.
