Enforcements for Spokane Community College

Violation: A former Spokane Community College employee violated the Ethics in Public Service Act when they used their state computer to send an email to all Spokane Community College and Spokane Falls Community College faculty regarding several bills that were before the State Legislature.

Result: Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Final Order issued on March 9, 2007 for a Civil penalty of $1,000.
