Violation: A Former Pollution Liability Insurance Agency employee may have violated the Ethics in Public Service Act when they used their state computer and computers assigned to other agency employees to access adult-oriented web sites, play fantasy football and other games and chat online.

Result: Settlement approved on April 9, 2004 for a Civil penalty in the amount of $1,000 with $500 suspended.
