Enforcements for Big Bend College

Violation: A Criminal Justice and Psychology Faculty member at Big Bend College agreed that they may have violated the Ethics in Public Service Act when they used the state email system in support of their political campaign for city council.

Result: An agreed settlement was approved on July 14, 2017 imposing a civil penalty of $2,000 with $1,000 suspended.
