A. Preliminary Business

Roll Call

The special meeting of the Washington State Executive Ethics Board (Board) was called to order by Chair Shirley Battan via teleconference at 2:00 p.m. In attendance were Vice Chair Gerri Davis and Members Lisa Marsh, Anna Dudek Ross and John Ladenburg. Board staff in attendance included: Sr. Assistant Attorney General Bruce Turcott and Administrative Officer Ruthann Bryant.

B. Executive/Closed Session

At 2:02 p.m. the Board moved into Closed Session to deliberate on quasi-judicial matters.

At approximately 2:12 p.m. the Board returned to regular session.

C. Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 2:12 p.m.
