A. Preliminary Business

Roll Call

The special meeting of the Washington State Executive Ethics Board (Board) was called to order by Chair Shirley Battan via Zoom at 9:01 a.m. In attendance were Vice Chair Gerri Davis and Member Jan Jutte. Board staff in attendance included: Sr. Assistant Attorney General Chad Standifer, Assistant Attorney General Leo Roinila, Executive Director Kate Reynolds, Administrative Officer Ruthann Bryant and Investigator Bobby Frye.

B. Executive/Closed Session

At 9:02 a.m. the Board moved into Closed Session to deliberate on quasi-judicial matters.

At 9:35 a.m. the Board returned to regular session.

C. Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 9:36 a.m.
