Enforcements for Skagit Valley College

Violation: Skagit Valley College instructor may have violated the Ethics in Public Service Act when they used state resources for personal benefit by performing restoration work on their car when classes were not in session.

Result: Settlement approved on November 13, 2009 for a Civil penalty of $1,000 with $500 suspended.
