She violated RCW 42.52.160 and .070 when misappropriated grant funds to support granddaughter's child care, took a state owned art print home and used SCAN system to make personal calls. In addition, she violated RCW 42.52.160 and .030 and .070 when she misappropriated travel and education reimbursement.

Result: Settlement approved on September 17, 1998 to pay $2,000 restitution to Olympic College and additional reimbursement to the State of Washington in the amount of $21.55 for SCAN use.
