Result: Settlement approved on June 10, 2005 for a Civil penalty in the amount of $5,000.

Violation: Former Pollution Liability Insurance Agency employee violated RCW 42.52.160 when he used his state computer and computers assigned to other agency employees to access adult-oriented web sites, play fantasy football and other games and chat online.

Result: Settlement approved on April 9, 2004 for a Civil penalty in the amount of $1,000 with $500 suspended.
